Phimosis and paraphimosis
In phimosis, the foreskin of the penis is too tight to be allow glans of the penis to come outside. Physiologic phimosis can occurs naturally in newborn boys. Pathologic phimosis defines an inability to retract the foreskin after it was previously retractible or after puberty, usually secondary to distal scarring of the foreskin. Paraphimosis is the entrapment of a retracted foreskin behind the coronal sulcus and is a disease of uncircumcised or partially circumcised males. In phimosis one is not able to pull the foreskin on penis shaft fully.By performing penis surgery phimosis is easily treatable at a very low cost.
Priapism
Priapism is a condition in which erection last for more than 4 Hrs. due to trapping of the blood inside penis. There are two types of priapism ischemic priapism & nonischemic priapism.
